After the barnstorming rave up at Coast earlier this month, the Worthing Techno Militia crew are back still looking for that perfect bleep with another themed night of vinyl mayhem, celebrating and exploring the roots of rave.
Think Warp records, Network, Nu Groove, R&S, Music Man…a time when DJs would play the earliest Chicago Acid, Detroit Techno, UK Bleep, Italian Dream House, New York breaks, UK breakbeat and proto hardcore all in one set, with no thought to genre or tribal boundaries.
For one night only, come and relive the tunes and the vibes of those halcyon days from the original vinyl in all its crackly glory!
PLEASE NOTE: This replaces the Bang the Box party originally scheduled for this night, for a very good reason soon to be revealed. Essentially we had to give up the 2am late licence to bring you something extra special in April, details of which will be revealed soon. We thought with the shorter format, it would be fun to dust off all our old stuff again for another round of bleep based business. The last time we do this it went off, so make sure you get down for part 2!
