Linden Pomerory wanted to put on an fundraiser for men’s mental health but didn’t fancy running a marathon. He and other talented musicians with keen ears will be playing music of the longform variety (drones/tones/zones etc.) All to raise money for Men Walk Talk Linden: “Initially I had the idea of playing until I dropped, but after blasting through an hour’s worth of songs my attention started to slip. Then I thought about why I love music and what drew me to it in the first place; this vehicle for healing – where I’d met so many like-minded people along the way. Something that brings us together and can really get thoughts across when language fails to. So I came to the idea of curating an ensemble to play a lengthy improvised piece – something shifting, unpredictable, where we can stretch our musical limitations as far as we can – a line up that revolves in a space where sounds can unfurl in a real living and breathing kind of way. The therapeutic nature of it seemed to fit the bill; so here we are – Come along and join us as we navigate through and all for a good cause.” 16:00-21:00 FREE ENTRY You can donate at the link below: https://www.totalgiving.co.uk/mypage/thepathiknow#
